I really love Fat Brain toys. Lately, I've been exhausted by on-line stores: things arrive at my door REALLY late, parts are missing, or the item is in some way broken or defective. This is never the case with Fat Brain toys. It is really an efficiently run organization.
Most importantly, Fat Brain toys has the coolest, most unique & exciting toys for the kids, and sometimes for the parents. I am currently debating whether or not to get that cool "meat-eating plants" terranium, even though my kids are way too young, just because it is so cool! :)

I searched high and low for it in my local stores, but I could not find it anywhere. I finally found it on Amazon, and that lead me this fabulous website. My order was shipped promptly and without any issues.
The website for Fat Bran Toys is one of the best I've been to. I love the review sections, as well as all the charts that tell ages that the games are good for, and preferences for boys and girls. There is so much information given on each product, I can make online toy buying decisions with greater confidence.
As a speech and language pathologist, I also love that FBT has toys noted when they are good for special needs children. Adding a section for your customers to list ideas for using the toy/game would also be a great addition.
I will definitely use FBT again, and I have telling everyone I know about this website.

Really love how the site search can be categorized by age, gender, manufacturer, etc. I found the site through a search engine, just trying to find toys that are more interesting than the nearby department stores offer. We've ordered from Fat Brain Toys before. So far, this is the best toy website we've come across in regards to category/age/gender searches. They offer a full line of products from fun to educational and everything in between. Their prices are also consistently some of the best on the web. My family and I love Fat Brain Toys. It makes gift giving easier, and we always know that what we're sending/receiving are good quality toys, age appropriate and most of all FUN! Fat Brain Toys has become my "go to" for birthdays and holidays. As a nurse and social worker, it is imperative that the toys in my home are appropriate and safe for children. I have had no issues with toys from Fat Brain. Discount retailers often use cheaper materials, which can lead to recalls and the like, but I have no worries about that. Again, I love Fat Brain. I am able to thoroughly research gifts and purchase HIGH QUALITY, SUPERIOR products, instead of impulsively buying schlock at mass market retailers. When I ordered the refill kit it was directly after Christmas. The web page told me immediately that the item was on backorder and gave me an approximate date of shipping. Fat Brain Toys is my go-to store for all our best games and toys. I actually started as a customer buying gifts for my father. He loves marble runs, and Fat Brain had the biggest selection of Quadrilla marble runs I could find. I liked very much seeing only items that would be appropriate for their age, plus a wide range of things that they would be interested in that I hadn't even thought about. Fantastic site with a great range of quality products I cannot find in one retail store. I find it especially good seeing I live in a small country town in Australia and finding quality non-plastic toys is very hard in the normal retail shops. Service is always very prompt and delivery takes no time at all, even internationally. First, I have to say they have excellent customer service ( I can't stress that enough). Second, the toy selection is incredible! I look to Fat Brain first for my toy needs. The key reasons are 1) There is a process whereby thought is given to the attributes of quality, education, and safety of the toys offered. 2) You not only provide customer feedback to potential customers, you also factor that feedback into whether or not you continue to offer a toy. 3) Finally, your meters for age and gender are driven by real world customer feedback, not the manufacturer's recommendations. This means that I have a darn good chance of getting a toy that is right on target for whoever I am buying. I don't know who came up with this idea, but it is genius.

This is my favorite online toy store. They ship USPS Priority Mail to military post boxes automatically with no special request or phone calls involved! I have told many people about them ... to the point where I am afraid that it will have an effect on the speed of shipping for me! Never have I been so impressed by a company's customer service! When I ordered the game, I had it shipped to my home address thinking it would be mailed. Immediately after the order I received a notice that it would be shipped UPS (signature required). Right away I called Fat Brain to intercept the order and change the address to the office instead. I got someone on the phone immediately -- NO problem. The person I spoke with was wonderful and handled it right away. THEN I received e-mail notices updating me with the status of deliver, including the signature confirmed drop off. Ya know, I don't think the CIA is as efficient as you. Fat Brain, you guys rule.

Fat Brain Toys let me know before I ordered that they were back ordered and gave an estimated shipping and arrival date considering the back order. They asked if I still wanted to buy the toy, which was great because other places don't tell you if something is back ordered or even take that into consideration when telling you an estimated arrival date.

The toys on this website are GREAT! I love that the toys are more than "push a button, hear a sound" and actually teach something and expand babies' and children's growing minds and abilities. The 14 traits are exactly what I am looking for in toys for my children. I don't know that I would have been able to verbalize all 14, but I definitely look for those characteristics in the items I purchase or recommend for gifts. Although the prices are a little more, I know the products are high quality--well made and developmentally on track for each age group. I know Fat Brain toys have great value and will invite imaginative play.

Bar none my online experience with Fat Brain Toys tops all of my previous experiences. Not only was ordering easier than with other sites. The products was on its way to me within an hour!!! I ordered the product on a Thursday and received the product the following Tuesday with no request to rush the product or any other special handling, this was a normal run-of-the-mill order. Fat Brain Toys is lightning fast, the product was well packaged, had good documentation accompanying the product and really nice followup via email throughtout the process.

I think Fat Brain Toys is one of the best toy websites available today. The toys are tested and are generally sturdy. I like that most of the toys have some educational value for children. There are not "cheap character" toys. We go to this website for gifts for the nieces and nephews regularly - and we love to purchase for our own children too.

In addition, Fat Brain Toys didn't send the usual catalog crammed in the bottom of the box. They had a newsletter that talked about the importance of play time, and gave ideas on how to have quality play time with your family. Then they had the buyers guide which showed me the wide variety of toys they had. I know that we will be spending a good portion of our Christmas budget at Fat Brain Toys!

Got notification by email when the package was supposed to arrive and it did on the day they said it would. Very helpful when you have a 7yr old waiting by the door!
I loved the newspaper style flyer they sent with the product. So did the kids and they are using it to make their list for Santa! It's only September, but it provided hours of endless wishing and entertainment.

I live at an APO address and I routinely wait two months to receive shipments from most companies. Recently, my son was invited to a birthday party with just one week's notice. I knew there was only one store in the world that could ship a gift to us on time. We placed the order with Fat Brain Toys, and within two hours our item was in the mail. Even though we had a Free Shipping promotion, Fat Brain Toys sent the item by Priority Mail, and it arrived with one day before the party. The Fat Brain Toys website is very nice. They have lots of good quality toys and many different options to choose from. I can spend ages on the website. After I sent in my order it was dispatched promptly (an international order), but the post office sent my order to the wrong country! I wrote an email to Fat Brain Toys then called them up. I loved dealing with Fat Brain Toys. I actually placed my order with another company but it took so long. With Fat Brain I ordered and it was shipped the same day and then the package was at my doorstep within a few days. I loved the prompt service, the emails letting me know the progress of my order and the follow-up emails confirming my receipt of the order. Needless to say, I cancelled with the other company that took nearly 5 days just to process the order. Fat Brain is much more efficient! I will order from them in the future!
