I've been shopping on Fat Brain toys for a while now, and was lucky to find it on an Internet search. This site has toys that are very high quality, educational, and the type you just cannot find anywhere else. Customer service is excellent! In fact I ordered a toy that was on back order and was immediately notified when it became available! I have other excellent customer service stories but will save them for other reviews! In summary it's difficult to find a unique site like this and they are doing everything right which keeps bringing me back.

Love the GREAT customer service! They let you know if product is available right away. Then after the order is submitted, emails come telling exactly when the package will arrive! Also like how they tell what more amount to order to get free shipping before you complete the order!

I ordered eight toys and received an email the next morning which stated everything was packed and had shipped--within ten hours of receiving the order. A great shop that ships to Russia. Very few do it. The toys came carefully packaged and rather quickly. It took only 18 days. The toys are great, some of them are not possible to be purchased in Russia, others are several times cheaper in fatbraintoys than in our country shops. The only problem is that the overseas shipping is rather expensive. In general, I love the shop and will definitely use it again and I will recommend it online and to my friends.

I love Fat Brain Toys! Whenever I buy toys, I always shop here first. Not only are the products great and educational, they are better priced, shipped incredibly fast, and quality, but you always know if it is in stock and they give you credit back for every order!!! This site can NOT be beat!!!!

I love Fat Brain Toys. You are fast, helpful and your website is accurate (unlike other sites that claim to have products in stock that are really on backorder and then charge you $30 for shipping because your backordered product makes your dollar amount fall below their so-called "free" shipping threshold.)
I may never buy from Toys r Us again. :)
