When a visitor purchases a product at Fat Brain Toys as a result of a link from your website, we'll pay a 10% commission on all eligible products. All you have to do is read the Affiliate Agreement, fill in the Affiliate Application and we will let you know whether or not your application has been approved within (5) business days. Once you're an approved affiliate, Fat Brain Toys will provide you with all the tools you need to start selling including a special website that provides you with real-time tracking. A Few Program Restrictions
Acceptable Affiliate Partners
The Fat Brain Toys affiliate program was created for like-minded organizations that exist for the benefit of children. Fat Brain Toys reserves the right to reject any application for any reason and our decision will be final and binding.
Domain Names
Affiliate Partner Site(s) domain name(s) cannot and will not contain the Fat Brain Toys marks or any misspellings or variations of those marks. These names include but are not limited to: Fat Brain Toys, Fat Brain, and FatBrainToys.com. Fat Brain Toys, the company that owns and operates FatBrainToys.com will terminate the program membership if this Policy is violated.
Pay-for-Placement Advertising
Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not buy or bid on any of Fat Brain Toys trademarked company names or any pay-for-placement search engine.
Non-Exploit
Affiliate Partner Site(s) agrees not to exploit any Fat Brain Toys marks to influence the affiliate partner site's ranking in search results on any search engine.
Coupons, Discounts, Sales
Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not post any coupons, coupon codes, sales or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner Site(s) and/or approved by Fat Brain Toys.
Your Location
Affiliate Partner Site(s) and entity must be hosted and located within the United States.
Returns
In the event of a customer return within Fat Brain Toys' thirty day return policy, Fat Brain Toys will not honor or pay the affiliate commission for that particular order.
