My son is 6 months old and has been teething like crazy the past couple of weeks. He is constantly trying to chew on anything he can get his hands on, and this is his #1 choice right now. With all of the bumps and different textures, it's perfect to fit into his mouth. He loves that the stars move along the ring and that they make a bit of noise when he is waving it around. It's one of his new favorite toys
