This would be a good group or preschool toy as it encourages movement, but it is not as fun for my daughter to use it on her own. Cute toy with some fun activities for kids!

Grandma's pick for active three year-old's birthday gift. Granddaughter thought it first was a microphone but quickly caught on to following the verbal cues and rocking out on the music. The flashing lights are a big hit. Both she and her six year-old sister have had a great time with the wand. Although perhaps biased, I think it was the hit of the birthday party!

This is a great item to capture a child's attention and keeping them moving. Ours is a little under three years old. Following the directions and moving to them is fun. It's educational, creates physical activity, the lights and sounds are entertaining for her. It was a nice find. For sanity, it has too volume controls. Neither is obnoxious but there is a softer setting so if someone in the house needs to not be disturbed, it's still loud enough for her to hear well and enjoy while being quieter for others. Very happy with this item.

My three year old grandson walks around with the electronic wand . He loves to dance and complete all of the movements. He plays with it for hours. It has become one of his favorite toys. He loves music.

I got the wand for my grandson because he loves music. He is only 21 months old. He loves the lights and also loves to put it in his mouth. He is a very smart little boy ( 9 months ahead of where or what he should be doing). The toy is built well and he loves it.

I bought the Magical Moves Wand as a gift for my 3 year old niece...but my 2 year old daughter found it first. She has enjoyed the lights and music, as I knew my niece would, and now we're having to buy a second one. Since the two are so close in age, they often get "matching" gifts at holidays and birthdays, which is something I've been trying to avoid in order to recognize them as individuals. However, this is one gift that I don't mind them both having.
