my grandson is almost two and has a class 3 presentation of CRASH Syndrome. He is nonverbal, so far, and has many physical limitations. He LOVES this toy. He took hold of it and used it moving from hand to hand and the great thing is that he babbles and 'talks' so much more while playing with this than any other thing we give him. I love the look he gives when he accidentally bumps his head with it--a perfect cause and effect toy, he loves the sound.
