Instructions say you can record up to 15 seconds--cuts off at 5 seconds. Phone does not nest securely in cradle--falls out easily. For younger children, should have option to use 3-digit instead of 7-digit numbers. But on the whole, it is a good design and concept to teach young children how to use the telephone!


	The PhoneSmart Teaching Telephone will record up to 2 minutes total, 15 seconds per message - a total of 8 different recordings. Additionally when set to Emergency Mode, the phone will respond to 3 digit numbers. We gave our customer a ring with these user tips along with the option of receiving a replacement for the defective phone. If you need assistance with any product- dial us up, give us a shout.
