Disappointed - Few Major Issues with Construction

I must say I'm surprised and sorely disappointed as I didn't plan to be using my router, drill and sander to correct mistakes and incomplete prep for its assembly. One wall had the slot for the front routered on the wrong side. There were no holes for attaching the lower balcony and the side roof needed power sanded to get it to go on. If it wasn't Christmas with my daughter excited to play with her new, long awaited dollhouse, I would have returned it in a heartbeat. There's really no excuse for such errors that completely prevent assembly. I still gave 3 stars as everything else about it seems very nice. Hopefully I just got a dud or some guy making it who wasn't paying attention.


	We contacted our customer with information on receiving replacement for defective pieces. Mellisa and Doug fully ensure quality construction of their products.
