Nanoblock are challenging interlocking block sculptures from Japan. I have been a big Lego fan since childhood and was always very loyal to the brand. I picked up one Nanoblock several months ago & immediately fell in love with them. They don't have the playability that you get with Lego, but as the company touts: the smaller the block the better the detail. They are great display and conversation pieces. Having such a small slice of their total product selection available in the States has been frustrating this summer, but there are several new US-centric sets coming this fall. I'll look to Fat Brain when they are released.
