Disappointing, does not pique curiosity because of packaging

The packaging could have been more attractive and sturdy, mine arrived in bad condition. The packaging design in particular is practically a red x-ray jacket. When I gave it to 6 year old kid, he was not excited. I think the packaging should instantly put the child in a role playing mode. A flashlight could have been provided or a complementary plastic skeleton to help kids appreciate the origin of movement.
No bones about it, we aim to please. We provided our customer a gift certificate for the packaging defect. Additionally, we contacted the manufacturer with this feedback. Please glance at the Returns & Exchanges center for a clear view of how we can best serve you.
