Great idea, but the execution was substantially more difficult than the on-line video suggested. We made three attempts and all three fell apart. The printed directions included with the product were not very clear. We had better luck with the full directions included at the website. Still, this is very delicate if you make the edible version. Next time we try it, we will go for the unflavored gelatin version. I think it might hold together better.
