Toy Safety Statement from Diggin
In response to recent toy safety concerns, we're providing the following information to share how Diggin meets or exceeds the safety standards required in toys.
All products manufactured by Diggin conform to ASTM F963-03, the American Society for Testing and Materials standard for toy safety (see www.astm.org for more information). ASTM International is one of the largest voluntary standards development organizations in the world. The ASTM F963-03 testing requirements include analysis of the lead content in the paint used on our toys to ensure they meet US Safety Standards.
In addition, Diggin conducts extensive Quality Assurance Inspections before releasing every shipment from China with third-party experts. These inspections are conducted by Intertek Labtest, one of the leading international consumer product testing, inspection and certification services in the world.
After the recent toy recalls, we took the extra precaution to double check safety standards at our factories. We have re-confirmed that we are using non-toxic paint in all of our toys and that we meet U.S. Safety Requirements for Small Parts.
Diggin meets or exceeds ASTM standards and takes toy safety very seriously. Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
The Diggin Team
