ImagAbility Incorporated & WEDGiTS(TM) Toy Safety: Design and Testing

Toy safety has always been a major component in the design and Age Rating specifications for all WEDGiTS(TM) building block toys and accessories. ImagAbility applauds recent toy manufacture's statements of concern and actual product recalls associated with both lead-based paint additives and specific magnetic products. These concerns and recalls are related to issues that could cause potential health problems, or, create life threatening scenarios.
ImagAbility produces its WEDGiTS toy lines at two specific factories in China. Both manufacturing groups produce name brand products for numerous toy companies that are globally distributed. Both manufacturing companies have been in business for over sixteen (16) years. As manufacturing groups for WEDGiTS branded and patented products they also sell their own branded, toy product lines within the US and foreign markets. In as much, they have the highest concern for safety and regulatory compliance with "zero" product recalls in the history of their companies. In as much they accept random, third party inspections of finished goods, work in progress and pre-production material analysis by independent third party inspectors. These are part of the qualifications that guided ImagAbility into formation of manufacturing partnership with these two companies.
In addition, all WEDGiTS products manufactured for ImagAbility conform to ASTM F963-03, (the American Society for Testing and Materials) standard for toy safety and EN71 toy safety testing protocols. These standards are recognized by the toy industry and governmental agencies in Australia, Canada, Europe and the United States, as the standard for toy safety testing and compliance. Adherence to these standard means that building sets, educational add-on products, games and puzzles from ImagAbility's WEDGiTS(TM) and WEDGimal(TM) brands do not use materials that may be harmful to children.
Every component, of every new WEDGiTS product manufactured for ImagAbility, is tested before the product is produced to make sure that the final product meets ASTM F963-03 and EN71 safety standards.
