In light of several recent toy recalls, MindWare would like to reassure its consumers that products created by MindWare and bearing the MindWare name and logo are safe for use by children. MindWare reminds parents and caregivers to always follow instructions and age recommendations on all packaging.

MindWare takes toy safety very seriously. All MindWare Original products are tested at an independent ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) approved laboratory and have passed all tests required by law in the United States, United Kingdom and The European Union.

MindWare prints its books (coloring books and brainteasers) and Squzzle Puzzles(TM) in the United States. Our Minnesota-based printer uses paper and other products that are safe and meet or exceed government standards.
