Toy Safety Statement from Think of It
All Think of It! products meet or exceed ASTM standards and safety is a top priority for us.
The recent toy recalls have raised all of our awareness once again. However, Think of It meets or
exceeds the safety standards required in toys.
All products manufactured by Think of It! conform to ASTM F963-03, the American Society for
Testing and Materials standard for toy safety (see www.astm.org for more information). ASTM
International is one of the largest voluntary standards development organizations in the world. The
ASTM F963-03 testing requirements include analysis of the lead content in the paint used on our
toys to ensure they meet US Safety Standards.
In addition, Think of It requires that all Sock Items be placed through a metal detector prior to final
pack out.
The Frigits products just passed an additional 30 lb. force test to ensure that the magnets are
properly adhering to the Frigits products, although these magnets are not small enough to fall
under the choking hazard concern.
All of our factories have doubled check our safety and product inspection procedures, as well a had
Intense factory reviews and meetings since the recent toy recalls and everything remains in place.
All of our products are currently made in China.
