Toy Safety Statement from Uberstix
Dear Parents,
As you know, many toys have recently been recalled due to the inclusion of lead paint in the manufacturing process in China. As parents ourselves, and an environmentally conscious company, we would like to reassure you that Uberstix are currently, and will continue to be, safe for your children. Our main concern is for the safety of children, and we have always taken steps to ensure that our product meets the strictest safety standards. As in the past, we continue to pledge our commitment to our customers safety with the following stringent quality control standards and policies.
1) Uberstix does not use paint (lead based or other) in any of our products.
2) Uberstix employs a full time local quality control office in China to oversee our manufacturing process and ensure our stringent standards are always met or exceeded.
3) All Uberstix plastic components have endured rigorous testing by U.S. consumer safety labs and have been rated as safe for children ages 3 and up. As a company, we have rated our products for ages 7 and up, beyond what the consumer safety labs recommend, to ensure additional safety for our customers.
Due to our strict quality control, educational merit and the sheer fun of playing with Uberstix, we have won many awards for our products. We are proud of these awards and will continue to meet and exceed the standards of the awards bestowed on us in the future.
