"This product is from many years ago but it is a classic. I bought several sets for my grandchildren and they love using them. After a little bit of help they had no problems at all. They are a 2 and 3 years of age. Because they are so small I did tie knots at the tops of the ropes and it helped them with a better hold. GREAT BUY!"

"I originally bought this for myself to use in my craft room for jotting down various things (I quilt, make soap, do needlework, you name it). My kids liked it so much that I bought them each one for Christmas so they'd leave mine alone. They've used it for doodling and even practicing spelling words. "As a child I spent hours with my United States puzzle and knew well all of the states and capitals.
However, I was not educated well in world geography and so for my children I searched all Seattle area toy stores for map puzzles of other countries. It was such a shock to be informed that there were none.

"This is a lovely table and chair set, my daughter was very happy about it and immediately set about sitting down her dolls. We already had the Laurent Dolls table so now we have a nice little doll make-believe area. These are far superior in aesthetics, look, and material to the table/chair sets on sale at department stores and large bricks & mortar toy stores. No plastics or garish colors, no move tie-ins or screaming cartoon characters. These are real classics, and they look good with the our house's overall decor. Most children's toys look like a storm just passed through the room, these look like they belong. My daughter has played with the toy, not obsessively, but very consistently, almost every day."

"Easy to mold and be creative. My son loves to get his construction vehicles out to play building and moving "dirt"..building walls to knock down. He is 9 and has loved this stuff for a couple of years. I was very happy to find a company that still had it in stock. We have a large plastic tub that is not very deep (with a lid) that we keeps the sand in and he just takes the lid off to play. Now some of the sand does get on the floor but it is very easy to sweep up in my opinion plus it's worth the slight mess to see him using his imagination. It's like being at the beach without having to keep adding water to the sand...the moon sand is always just perfect for molding , sculpting and building."

"I am a grandmother and purchased it to start my 3 young grandchildren on an educating process to learn where all the countries and continents of the world are starting with the U.S. as they said they don't even know the States of America.
I have to go to their house and take the puzzle back and forth and will continue to use it with them until they know the states and their capitols. I am now looking at the back of the puzzle and box considering the other options such as the card games, bingo, and dice besides the other puzzles to teach them about all the continents of the world and countries. I need to keep going over the puzzle and pick a new game such as the cards or the dice or bingo games. I would like to try one of them out."

She loved this, and kept say "piece" over and over, showing me each piece as I helped her put them back in place. By day 3 she was able to identify the letter shapes and where they should be placed on her own.

"My grandson, the recipient, sees his dad (my son) every other weekend. And because they live far away I was only able to see him open the present (online viewing) and then he and dad tried to put something together. My grandson's 5th birthday, he had some trouble making the connections first try. I bet he's much better at it now but I haven't asked or had a chance to see him again. I imagine my son might be putting together some nice polyhedrons on his own though!"

"Bought this for my 4 year old grandson and it was the hit gift at the party. Easy and quick to assemble, we were blasting foam rockets into the air in less than a minute. From young to old, everyone wanted to stomp a rocket. A fantastic toy that younger children will adore. He stomped that rocket with a full blast off count down for nearly 2 hours. We finally stopped because it was too dark to locate rockets any more. Don't forget to purchase a set of spares (I got the glow in the dark ones) so everyone can stomp. I would buy this toy again for kids anytime."

"I am an occupational therapist who first purchased Mr. Mighty Mind for my daughter 20 years ago and and we both enjoyed playing with it. I loved the colorful wood pieces and the kid friendly pattern cards that made it fun for her to develop her visual motor skills.
After working with infants and toddlers for 20 years, I am now working with elementary school children with learning disabilities. The small pieces from my daughters' Mr. Mighty Mind were frustrating for the children I work with to use, so I purchased the magnetic version of the game, which we used for the first time yesterday. "I received this puzzle as a baby gift for my son in 2011, and I've been giving it as a baby gift ever since. It is great! It is well made and colorful. New parents love personalized gifts, and this one can be used as a display piece until baby is old enough to play with it, and then it is a fabulous educational toy that teaches kids how to spell their names. I especially love giving it as a gift to kids who are not the first-born, because it is unlikely to be a duplicate of something that the family already has. "

"I bought this for my grandson's 2nd birthday and I must say it was a big "hit!" I still can't figure out if he had more fun hitting the ball off the tee or just hitting the tee over. Both brought him a lot of enjoyment! It was a perfect gift for a two year old. Since it was raining outside, he played with it inside and nothing got broken! "I originally asked for a relative to get these for my son when he was three. Well, he was too young for them. But now at age five, he loves creating interesting 3-D sculptures. They are colorful, unique building pieces that don't kill your foot if you happen upon them in the middle of the night. So we bought them for our nephew recently too."

"A year ago, I purchased this product for my son who has Aspergers. He uses it a lot while in his classroom and other places where he needs to listen. It keeps his hands busy and minimizes his other inappropriate behaviors. After seeing the benefits for my son, I purchased this one for my office.
