I've been giving these as gifts to all of my five-year old daughter's friends. Even if they already have a set of beads, a child who likes them can always use more. I love that my daughter can plan out her bracelets and make intricate patterns the different bead shapes and colors. The only downside is that I feel bad giving this to those children with very young siblings since beads could easily be knocked over or swallowed.

Got this for my four-year-old niece who had a big time assembling necklaces. I scored it four stars instead of five only because making a bracelet will be a bit of a challenge as far as creating a clasp. Otherwise, she felt very creative designing. Even her two-year-old brother proudly sported one of her creations! Definitely recommend this for cold or rainy days stuck in doors.
