Not what I expected

Age range on this is 4-9, I bought it for my 3 year old, even my 6 advanced year old is not quite ready for it. Maybe if I assembled it for them... but it's supposed to be a construction toy. I'm sure it will be great in a year or two. I know I would enjoy building it!

My 5 year old enjoys building new creatures all the time. It's a fun family project and we all get involved.

My grandson played with this a lot on Christmas day. He chose it above other gifts and made the animals himself following the directions with no help. He loves it!
