This toy wasn't what I expected based on the pictures, descriptions and other reviews. Even my advanced 5 year old isn't quite ready for this. Maybe the parents that mention 2-3 year olds loving it gave the kids the already assembled toy to play with - but building it is half the point. To be fair, the age range on this was 6+. This is one of the few times I've ever found the age range on a toy to really have meaning. I'm sure it will be great in a few years when my kids are older.

The Concept of the variety of ways that the toy can be used is carried out very well. Unfortunately, this also is the largest drawback, many pieces. However, we did overcome this by building a "dinosaur cave" to contain all the pieces, separated in small boxes that fit into a larger box. All boxes were appropriately decorated.

I'm so glad I came across this product. I almost purchased a remote-controlled dinosaur at a much higher price, but since I like my grandchildren to have more creative opportunities so chose this instead. It's very well made and will intrigue them through many playtimes.

Good toy! A little hard for little guys to put together on their own, but something that they'll do in a few months. Keeps them busy, while using there imagination. Good quality. Something a little like legos, but something different. Good price for the toy that has neat details and has alot to offer!

the dinosar was received with great joy,but has not be used yet MY problem.....somehow i ordered a duplicate order and have to return one..i need to know how to do this.

Grandson fot 5th birthday. Whe i.saw for 7rears and up i was going to put it on the side and buy something else,but could not make it. With his father telling him what to do it was a big hit. As for the dinosar it was received with great joy,but has not be used yet MY problem.....somehow i ordered a duplicate order and have to return one..i need to know how to do this.

This is a great building set, however it's best done with an adult. My daughter wanted a craft that "didn't need a glue gun." These hold together pretty well with the foam and connector system. The dinosaurs are fun to play with after they are built, too.

Easy to manipulate, assembly directions are clear to children, durable parts. Both my boys, aged 6 & 8, are enjoying it very much.

Our grandson got it for Xmas and he is 4 years old. He and his dad (and Mom) put it together and he really enjoyed it.
