Quack Quack
Posted 2/12/2008

Rating:

I was a little disappointed in Quack Quack game. I had read the review in Parents or Family Fun Mag, and it was recommended for 3-6 year olds. My son is just 3 so I thought that it would be a good game to grow in to for him. I also like the "take along" design. The problem is that I think we missed the game by at least 6 months! My son has played it maybe 2 times and seems very bored already with the concept. He does enjoy just talking about the animals and also counting all the game pieces. But when playing the game, he seems to be above the play level. Otherwise, a good game, but maybe the age level should be lowered.

I like the fact that it is a wooden game. My 2 1/2 year old enjoys playing it with her 6 year old sister.

Very cute game. We were able to play with both our 3 year-old and 5 year-old. Great game for families with multiple young children.

Quack Quack Review

Rating:

I bought this for my 3 year old and 5 year old to play for family game night. They both understand and enjoy acting out the animal sounds. I wish the counting tokens were just a little bit bigger, so that when they inevitably drop on the floor or roll under the couch, I don't have to worry about my one year old trying to eat them. The game itself is sturdy, all wooden pieces. It's not my kids' favorite game, but they do like it. It was worth the money.

Great Starter Game for Young Kids
Posted 11/6/2008 by Erika Rich

Rating:

This game is easy for young children to get the hang of. Can be simplified by rolling just one or two dice. The wooden pieces are well made. It comes in a handy cloth sack.
