I was very happy to be able to buy a tool set to go with an old Briomec set which was missing its hammer, but was disappointed to see that this quality was not as high as it was in the 80's, when all Briomec parts were made of wood.

Good basic building set

There doesn't seem to be anything else out there quite like this set. I wanted to introduce my 5 year-old to tools, nuts and bolts, and building with his imagination. The quality of the building pieces is good but there aren't enough of them to get you very far, and there are no instructions for building any of the three sample vehicles. Overall a good concept and great learning toy, just needs more pieces and some instructions to expand the experience.

I purchased the toolbox for my son who loves to help fix things around the house. He loves all the tools but does not really care for the extra boards and pegs. He'll be three years old this weekend; it might be too advanced for him. I was surprised to see how small the toolbox was. I expected it to be larger. Over all it was a good purchase and cheaper than the one at target.com.

The quality of the product was 5-star. However, I expected the toolbox and its contents to be larger for the price that was charged for it. I'm not overly disappointed because it's very hard to find kits like this. But I don't feel the price was reasonable for this product.

My toddler loves his new builder tool kit. I was very impressed with the quality of the tools and the attention to details. The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with the quality of this product and the overall experience of shopping with Fat Brain Toys.

Brio Builder Toolbox Set

My 2 year old had an opportunity to visit the childrens museum in Cincinnati, Ohio. One of the interactive displays was Brio Building Center. They had tall wooden towers that you could attach all the Brio Builder parts to. He spent nearly an hour pounding red nails into the towers. This was amazing to me, since he is vary active and does not stay with many activities that long. He is a little young for some of the parts, but I am confident he will grow into it. He really enjoys playing with it. I believe this toy is a good value for the money, I just wish Brio offered larger blocks for younger kids to play with.

It was a gift for our 3-year old grandson and it arrived in time for Christmas. He loves Bob the Builder, so it was a great gift for him.
It was a last minute gift and and I was unable to find it for him at the local stores, so your having it available was terrific.
