The coin set is important because I homeschool my children and we are studing the old testament, this puts the understanding of how these people used money and the value of it and what it looked like. I gave this to my son on his ninth birthday and he really liked it. The one thing I was disappointed in is they are glued to the card, the card is sealed in a plastic frame. I cut the plastic open because he wanted to investigate the coins, then the problem we encountered was when taking the coins off knowing where they go back to according to the decription on the card, so I drew a circle around the coins in hopes they will be put back in the right place, you see some of the coins are the same size. I do and my son really likes the coins.

Beautiful Coins

Beautiful coins for my eight year old son. He loves collecting coins from all over and we thought this would be a nice edition to his set. Plus, he goes to Catholic school and loves all things having to do with religion. Thanks, Fat Brain!
