It is a very nice play set to have. The paint and detail is very realistic, the signs and other small pieces are brightly colored so they're easy to find on dark carpet. Due to the detail and realism of the set, it would also make a great collectors item.

Fun Gift

This toy was one of my son's 5th birthday presents and he LOVED it! Surprisingly, his birthday has passed and he is still coming back to this toy. There were some little pieces that we threw away b/c we didn't want his little brother or the dog to eat them, but no matter, still a great toy.

We may be returning it. It wasn't what we expected. We were thinking it would be more of a collectible and its not.
