Great indoor activity!

My 5 & 6 year olds really enjoy playing with this. The one draw back is that the net is pretty small, but that doesn't stop them from having fun. It is great that it is made for indoors so it can always be used; especially when a rainy day activity is needed!

Good product
Posted 12/29/2009 by Kathryn W.

Rating:

Scoot-n-Shoot soccer works great on carpet. It glides very easily. And the kids love it! Only problem is that the material is so soft that it chips when it hits a hard surface, like molding or a door jamb. If the green part around the bottom of the ball were made of something other than foam, it would last a lot longer.
I'd still buy the product again! (Might have to anyway if it keeps falling apart.)

Fun Toy!
Posted 10/19/2009 by Danny K Wilke

Rating:

This toy is great for young learners. It is also fun for indoor play for both child and adult. We found that this toy works best on a low pile carpet. The only other non carpeted area we have is large tile blocks and the joints between blocks causes the soccer disk not to move as smoothly as on the carpet. This would be a super toy for a game room.

Fun Indoor Soccer
Posted 12/26/2007 by Debora Rinehart

Rating:

My daughter was playing soccer as soon as the paper was cleared from the living room. We have hardwood floors and the "ball" does not leave marks or scratches. A hint in putting the net together is to put all of the straight pipes in place before putting in the connector pieces. Put the goal against the door for more fun. This toy worked exactly as described. Not educational, but a lot of fun.

A simple toy that allows one to use a soccer ball in the house. My 4 yr old son hasn't really played soccer with it yet but likes it. The net is poor quality and difficult to put together, but it doesn't really matter.

seems to be as stated in catalog. Will be giving this item to my grandson for Christmas. He plays both outdoor and indoor soccer and a full ball around the house can be a danger. I purchased this item to allow him to practice his skills without breaking anything in the house.

Great indoors toy
Posted 1/9/2009 by Amy Dahlin

Rating:

Setting: Home

This toy is perfect for an area where there is no carpet and my mobility impaired child was easily able to kick it and watch it glide across the floor. It is a half a sphere with a smooth bottom and the whole thing is cushy like a Nerf ball. I would have given it 5 stars but it is limited to open inside spaces.

Rating:

The toy is a lot of fun. Works well on carpet as well as hard wood floors. The only thing that I didn't like was that the net fell apart too easily. It is still fun to use even without the net.

Actually Works!
Posted 12/26/2007

Rating:

I was very curious to find out if this toy really did what it said it did. I think that it definitely does what it says it does. I am a little concerned about it being used on hardwood and getting scuffed up, but if it gets taken care of, I think it could be a great way to keep up soccer skills during winter!

Cute Game

This is a nice game to have for your kids to get on their feet and move around inthe winter time. It doesn't seem very sturdy, but it is rather inexpensive.

Good Fun Toy!
Posted 11/26/2007 by Athbi Alqareer

Rating:

Fun way to play soccer, sort of, at home. The hemi-ball glides so smoothly on carpet. I had a lot of fun playing with my kid. The only thing is the goal is very light and easy to knock down.
The product lived up to my expectations.

Fun Toy - But Not Soccer

Setting: Home

There were no directions on how to assemble the net. The ball stays on the ground, moves well and is fun. It has a very different feel from a soccer ball and requires a different placement on the feet when kicking it. I wouldn't recommend it for improving soccer skills. However, it is fun and a great way to burn off energy on rainy days.

I purchased this product to use in a physical therapy setting, and unfortunately it does not perform as I had hoped it would. It is smaller than I had envisioned and doesn't slide on the floor as easily as I had hoped. The kids still enjoy it.
