I bought this to coincide with the Horseshoe Magnet Kit, so my kids wouldn't fight as much over the magnets. These magnets are smaller than I thought they would be, but are quite strong. Happy with the purchase.

Good for homeschool

We use this for teaching several things in homeschool, it has everything we need to do all of our lessons and have some fun. My son has really enjoyed this hands on science fun around the house.

i think most children enjoy exploring with magnets....my boys like to get crative by building "magnet castles" these are a great set of magnets for science experiments too

These are very strong magnets, also contains metal shavings and small metal balls. A complete set to provide hours of fun.

scientific fun!

Our 9 year old daughter loves this magnet kit. She had fun testing out the strength of each magnet and playing with the iron shavings. The metal pellets were easy to clean up but the shavings were difficult to clean off of the magnet.
