My nine-year-old son loves his Odd Pod! Cactus began sprouting quite quickly, and it is fun to watch them grow. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything needed (except water) was included. It fits on the windowsill for easy viewing.

So Far, So Good

I am a bit disappointed by the small size of the cactus pods. It is very hard to have my child water the seeds. I would have preferred to have only four pods with bigger cactuses. In any case, it has been an education experience for my son. He's excited to see something growing, so that's all that really matters. I think he'd give this four stars. Can't go wrong for the price and it is a good teaching tool.
