I'm a nurse so my son and daughter see my stethoscope often and of course try to play 'doctor' when given the chance. They're thrilled to have one of their own and so am I!

Overall, good quality. My daughter wears the listening device around her neck instead of in her ears, the mechanism is a bit tight and it hurts her ears.

My son is enjoying his new stethoscope. He is using it to listen to everything. It has added a new perspective to his learning. He has complained that the ear pieces hurt his ears as they are too hard.

I bought the stethoscope for my 5 year old grandson who was always playing doctor. He has loved it and has diagnosed everyone in the family by listening to their heart beats. Later he writes a prescription for meds. It has been a wonderful, creative play instrument.

This product is perfect if you want more than a plastic 'model' for your child. This stethoscope has allowed my five year old daughter the ability to truly connect the use of a tool/instrument to better understand our body. She has also used it on her real live pets which has helped with anatomy. If you want to truly educate your child without the cost of a real stethoscope, I would suggest this is the one to purchase. Sturdy enough to handle some roughness, cost effective if lost!

It really does work and seems pretty indestructible. I especially like the red colorl. It adds to the kid appeal of the product.

I purchased the School Quality Stethoscope. It is a great item. Kids will love to dress up and play doctor. They can listen to their hearts and lungs. I recommend buying this product.
