In 9 years of toy shopping this was the worst purchase yet. The tripod is so wobbly that it makes it impossible to focus on something. All it has brought is frustration and tears for my daughter.
We promptly contacted our customer regarding the defective telescope. Any product with less than stellar performance may be returned for a refund or a gift certificate! Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.
