Excellent for beginner Atlas users and world explorers. Teaches students to use keys to find information. The presentation is simple and inviting. Students were selecting this book from the shelf just to explore.

Information about World Discovery Atlas

I bought it for my 3 1/2 year old son. I thought this would be a good introduction to the world first then buy a globe later. Anyway, I think he's a little too young to really appreciate it. I think it'll be put to good use when he's a bit older, but right now, he's not really into it. I personally like it. I like that it's laminated and very kid friendly with lots of pictures.

Geography!

My babysitter's daughter loved the globe puzzle and the atlas. The atlas has wonderful large pages full of fun facts and great pictures. She loves to read every bit and look at it over and over. Great fun!

This is a very simple, big elaminated book, with just a few pages. We like it and the price is good. From the picture, however, I was thinking there was more involved, like pull out maps.
