My son loves it. He's great at puzzles and knows a great deal about the life cycle of a butterfly so this product was perfect. We even bought one for his class.

Butterfly Puzzle

My granddaughter absolutely loved this puzzle. She is a little young to really understand the different stages of the butterfly, but she should grasp it in time with repeated usage. To better help her, I numbered each layer accordingly on the back of each puzzle piece. Thus, she could put the puzzle into 5 piles according to the numbered backs putting her puzzle together this way.

layered butterfly puzzles

This is a nice learning puzzle that will help students that I teach learn about the life cycles of the butterfly. It is probably too complicated for most of my preschoolers to work on their own, but I'm sure they will have fun with it if we help them.
