Beautiful & Fun

My girls both take French at school and have to review with flash cards on a daily basis. This is a fun way of reviewing without seeming like "work". Plus, it's excellent for my smallest one who is just learning to read in English, much less French! Beautiful toy and quality materials!

je l'aime!

Excellent way for everyone in the family to learn and practice some French vocabulary and, by extension, French conversation. The illustrations and cute and easy to interpret. This is a just a fun game. How did it get the name bingo, with only 3 images across? It's more like Tic Tac Toe.

Great Product!

I'm trying to learn French myself as a parent. My husband speaks Spanish and my sons grandmother is teaching him Mandarin. I wanted to be able to teach my son a language as well. This board game is not only sturdy but he really loves the pictures! The game also teaches you how to pronounce the words! Now we are all learning French and having fun as well!

Fabulous, I have to buy one for everyone I know (including adults who are trying to learn French and Spanish. They can make new boards and chips with any vocabulary word they choose. (Of course, if the company made additional vocabulary modules that would be even better.)

My rating of French Bingo

Rating:

Good for the very young or new French student. Only 32 words taught, four cards with eight words each. The construction was excellent though, with heavy bingo cards and nice quality illustrations. I will probably use this for a few months, mostly for review and fun, then pass it along to a family with younger children.
