My son played with the build it set so often, making some great creations, I decided to add to his collection. A great toy for kids who like to build. I would highly recommend!

Purchased for grandchildren in one household, ages 7 1/2 to 18 months and they all enjoyed it. Clearly the older ones helped build items for the littlest one to enjoy, but I was very pleased at how easy it was to assemble so many different items & that it appealed to both girls and boys.

This toy allows you to build a multitude of objects and designs. All of the parts are built rugged for play and fit together according to plans. Two tools are included with the set. They are child friendly and built to last. I only wish the tools were a brighter color. They are sometimes hard to find on the floor under all of the other pieces. The only downside to this toy is that the bolts loosen up too easily. After my daughter builds and object, (dog, truck etc.) the bolts loosen up as she is playing with it. We spend a great deal of time tightening the bolts. It some type of locking system was included the project would be one of the best I have seen to date. It would be great for preschool, kindergarten and first grade classes.

This is a Christmas present so it hasn't been used yet, but I am sure my grandson will love it. He enjoys helping his dad build things.
