A great product, my daughter is two so nothing holds her attention for long. The house can keep her entertained for up to 10-15 minutes at a time, which is pretty good. Her favorite thing is to open and shut the doors and have the characters go in and out. One of the doors does come off easily but we just hook it back on.

Fantastic Toy

This doll house is perfect for my 20 month old daughter. She loves to set up all the girls (and animals) for a breakfast of "cupcakes." I love that it comes with all the rooms a house needs including the bathroom where we can reinforce potty learning and hand washing. All of the pieces are a nice size and are easy for her to play with, along with being adorable. This toy is played with every day and has kept my very short attention span daughter occupied for as much as an hour at at time! The front door does come off easily but it's not a big deal to put it back on.

I knew I was in trouble when my daughter visited the Fat Brain store and spent 30 minutes playing with the massive, three-story display doll house. I bought the Cherry Lane Cottage as a cheaper, space-friendly, more age-appropriate substitute. My daughter just loves it! She loves taking the furniture in and out and putting all of the people and animals to bed. It works well for littler toddlers and has safe parts. My daughter frequently takes the front door off the hinges, but it snaps right back into place. I wish some of the parts were more interactive, for example, only the fridge in the kitchen opens. However, the house has the power to attract my child whenever she is in the same room as it.
