The Stick needs some minor assembly and necessary bodyweight adjustments (engagement of thrusters) before use. This takes only a couple of minutes, (the tool comes with the stick.) Assembly/maintenance manual is easy to understand. The Flybar allows for great jumps and my son loves it. A negative aspect however was that bolts, washers and O-rings were not packed in a separate bag by manufacturer; so one O-ring was missing or got lost during shipment. After two days only both shock pads got destroyed already and went into pieces. I ordered the Flybar from Germany and I do not know how to get quick replacement. Therefore my low overall product rating.


	After contacting FlyBar, our customer received a replacement pogo stick within one week. If any product does not rise to your expectations, please contact us. Our customer service team is quick to take action.)
