This is the sixth set of Architecto I've purchased in the past 12 months. We kept one set, gave another two away, and have now purchased three more to give as gifts. We all love this game. The precision-cut blocks are very user-friendly and promote open-ended structure building even beyond the illustrated, suggested structures in the accompanying book. When we've lost blocks from the set, I've called or e-mailed FoxMind. FoxMind has kindly sent me free replacement blocks, but I had to pay for shipping. We also purchased all of the other books that go with the blocks-- Tangramino, Cliko, and Equilibrio. The kids (ages 3, 7) and adults in the family play with this almost daily, hence the high number of lost blocks from frequent play. Definitely front shelf game which is always requested by everyone.
If your child has difficulty with manipulating 3-D, spatial figures, this game will help develop this skill while she is having fun.
I also think that the blocks made in Germany are very high quality and beautiful.
I'm thinking of donating a set to the school.

Bought for office to foster design and creativity during lull periods. Co-workers like to stop by and build with them continuously. This is a great product.

There are fifty puzzles in this game and I solved 48 of them in a single sitting, as I couldn't put the product away. This truly is an entralling game. The next day I solved the last two, and will occasionally break this game out just to reconstruct some of my favorite puzzles.
