My two year old twin grandsons love it. It was bigger than I thought which is good for little hands, with their fine motor skills still in development.
Draw back: poor to no instructions. There is a switch under the engine that has a couple of choices. It isn't marked clearly. One mode made the train stop midway and play music. The conductor's head had to be pressed again for it to start up.
It had some trouble staying on the track when taking the curve.
But the boys are having a lot of fun and I would recommend it to others.
