The idea is excellent but my 22 month old isn't that interested in the product just yet. Frankly, the threading is a little difficult for him yet and he needs assistance which is why it is not yet something he reaches for when he is finding his own entertainment. I am glad I purchased it because for now it is something that we can work on together and his confidence will build along the way.
