Fun for whole family.

Purchased to help a family member recuperate from a brain trauma. Hoping to regain some composition, spatial acuity and problem solving losses. Entire family is enjoying the games and interacting with one another to play.

The Brain Game

My father has health issues and sits a lot. I thought The Brain Game would be good to challenge him. However, to my big surprise this DVD game didn’t work in our DVD player. Nowhere on the web site does it mention the disclaimer that it may not be compatible with certain DVD players. Now the question - would I recommend this product to friends, probably not. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: We were unaware of this issue until this customer review brought it to our attention. We have updated our description and made attempts to contact this customer to offer resolution, but have not had response.)

All the adults in the room started watching and playing along and we all had a great time. The only thing that we didn't like was that if you don't play Suduko, you are clueless on two questions every round. And the game didn't explain what Suduko was or how you were supposed to figure the puzzle out. (Note from the game maker "Contained on the disc is a 'training round', which gives a brief explanation of how sudoku puzzles work.")
