I purchased this for my 10 y/o son after seeing and buying a hex bug at the local museum. They were hosting a Robot Rumble exhibit. They item was smaller than expected. Okay for the hex bug,but too small for the Hex Ant I also purchased. Anyway,he loves it and we will probably purchase additional hex bug items for upcoming birthday.

Product is really well made. The almost 3 year old pushes on them, slams the down sets things on them and they are still running good as new.
