I purchased this air cushion for two of my class children with weak proprioception, or the difficulty in determining where their bodies are in space. The cushion has helped them greatly mind you it is not a cure, just a way to help them feel more gravity and spacial awareness while they are using their minds to focus on what is happening at the front of the classroom. The air cushions are high quality and I haven't had seen any premature signs of wear and tear. They were inflated to 2" thick which is thick and I haven't gotten around to finding a needle and pump to deflate them a bit.
