The flooring is kind of slippery, so furniture falls over easily. Not enough room in each room to put all the furniture for a room. I wish I had bought a wooden dollhouse but put the Calico Critters in it. My daughter is 3, so plenty of time to get a nice wooden dollhouse. The animals are adorable. She played with it upon opening and seemed very interested, but hasn't much the last few days.
We assisted our customer. You may opt to visit the Returns & Exchanges center for assistance, -if you can convince the animals to move out -and your child to let go... parting is such sweet sorrow.
