Great States Junior is a good way to familiarize kids to the names and location of states as well as something each state is known for. My granddaughter asks to play it and has created her own game based on this one.

This is a great game. I gave it to my 4 year old daughter last Christmas and she loves it. It's also very educational, she already knows where 15 of the states are on the map. We just gave it to her best friend as a birthday gift and she loves it too. I'm hoping to find more games like this.

Fun and educational game for my 4 1/2 year old. He loves to set the timer and play by himself by picking a picture card and seeing if he can find the state before time runs out.

The kids loved it and in a few games they learned above my expectations.

Love this game! Purchased it for my 4 year old and have had a great time playing with her. Surprisingly enough, my 2 year old wanted in on the game and I was easily able to adapt the game to her needs as well (by using only the picture cards).
This multi-leveled game is educational and fun. A must have for your educational game collection!

Good game...moves quick. A great introduction to the states. My 5 year old plays it well, and it is still ok for my 7 year old. I figure once we learn these, we can move onto the next version. Kids move along the outer sides, and answer one of three questions - matching a photo/picture of something the state is famous for (some we didn't even know!) or the outline of the state (color cooordinated for little ones) or using the first letter or word to identify. Takes about 15 - 20 min. to play. Wish the answers werent on the cards - only thing I would change.

This Is An Awesome Game For Young Children!

I really like the style of this game. It is great for young children to introduce them to the United States, interesting facts and capitals, and simply to be able to recognize the shapes and location of each state. Something I know some adults can't do! Having fun while learning anything is the way to go and this game let's you do just that. I am not a fan of children learning without even knowing it as some gamer folks will say educational games do, but this game is certainly fun while children KNOW and can be PROUD OF learning at the same time!

Limited time to play thus far.Game is educational but fun! It kept the interest of all playing. It was good to get even a 4 year old to play along with his slightly older siblings
