This toy was purchased for a little boy just turning 2. It was the hit of the party (as he loved trains). It was easy to get running once the batteries were in place. I don't know who enjoyed it more the 2 year old birthday boy....his 4 year old sister...or the older adults at the party. Everyone made comments on what a great gift it was.....the ease of operation and the fact that it was a soft "squeezeable" train so it couldn't hurt anything if accidently crashed!! I definitely would buy again.

Great toy for a 2 year old! Easy for him to operate. Love the soft body of the train (instead of plastic)! Perfect toy for a little one who is in to trains.

We love that this train is squishy and easy for little 2 year old hands to pick up. He loves the "surprise" of movement when he uses the remote and laughs hysterically when it runs into walls! The remote is so easy for little ones too! We love it!

Go Go Auto RC- Train

My nephew loves it. It isn't perfect though. The controller has to be pretty close to the train or it won't pick up the RC signal. I sort of think that might be a design feature so that a kid doesn't go too far with it. It only makes one sound. It would be really nice if it could make a chugga chugga chugga sound when it goes. I would have liked a more unrealistic cartoon like "choo choo" instead of the very adult sounding real train that it makes when it bumps. Sort of cool, but for a 2 year old, I'd prefer it to be a bit more cartoonish.

Great Gift

Given as a gift to our godson who is really into trains loved it. He is 2 yrs old and is able to use the control. Good toy for use of motor skills and imagination.

Go Go Auto RC-highlight of Christmas

The RC train was loved by my nephew and the children played with it all Christmas morning. He is 2.5, but my 1.8 y.o. nephew also loved it and played with it. It was also very durable as the train was crashed into a few walls!

Great RC for little ones

This RC train is perfect for toddlers just learning to manipulate controls and understand that they can maneuver the train from a far. There's a learning curve, but our little guy was quite pleased with himself once he figured it out.

My 4 year old grandson loved it. It took him a little while to figure out how to make it turn in the other direction because you have to do a 180. I wish it had left & right.
It was worth the money,

Fun at First

Our 2 YO daughter loved this when she first got it, but lost interest pretty quickly. We love that's it soft and doesn't leave marks on the wall. The overall quality is great, just wish she played with it more.

This train is adorable and easy for my 2 1/2 yr old to use. He loved playing with it the minute he got it, and it was easy for him to figure out.

Fun, but it may be more geared for 2 and 1/2 and above as my grandson is just under 2 and does not completely understand how to work it.

My 20 month old DS loves this train. It is second only to a firetruck he received for Christmas. He even seems to know what the controlls are for or he is just really lucky at getting it right.
Great Idea, but maybe too soon

Our 18 month old son loves to play with his big brother's toys, so we thought this would be a great way for him to have a "big boy" toy. Unfortunately, he was more freaked out by his ability to make the train move with the remote control than we anticipated. This toy will have to take a break, and will come out again when he gets a bit older. To be clear, this toy is great and worth every penny, and we anticipate our little guy will come around.
