Bus Broken, Doesn't Work

I ordered the School Bus Press N Go Go and none of the control buttons worked, no sounds, lights, or motion. The batteries were even changed with new ones, however, they did not power the bus. Broken bus.

My son loves school buses in general, this product is perfect for him, even though it is described as younger than his actual age range. I love the softer easier material the item is made with and love all the options it has for interactive play.
