These toys are always a bit smaller than what one might expect but for the money it is a lot of entertainment. They make great treat bag gifts and stocking stuffers.

Awika Walks

Last year my employer gave us some wind-up chatterbox teeth. I took it upon myself to organize a Chatterbox Race for my department. It went very well with lots of entries and everyone had a blast. This year I decided to have our second annual race but opened it up to any wind-up spring powered toy that walks or hops (no wheels) allowed. So I was searching around for a new entry for me and found Awika which I believe is going to be a winner this year. I have tested it out several times and it tends to run very well as long as I don't wind it up too much. If it's wound up too tight it spins it's feet for the first couple of seconds then gets going.
