Neat toy

My boyfriend received a similar model as a gift from his boss and it got my attention right away. I bought Cosmojetz for my office desk to spark and start a conversation. It is a cute, fun, little thing that bounces around like crazy, but the most interesting part is its simplicity and its design. I am a designer myself and I am always amazed with the designs that are so simple and genuine in their nature that it makes you wonder how come that no one else came up with the same design before. I am loving it and I will buy more models!

Frantic Mechanix

This toy is suitable for adults or for older children (5 & up?) because the the legs of the "critter" are susceptible to bending and the spring to overwinding if handled without a bit of care. Its few seconds of frantic hopping, twisting, and flipping made our resident 95-year-old laugh hysterically. We have re-named it Don Knots.

Both wind up toys were a hit! I love to find "old fashioned" toys for the grandkids, and these were a home run!

Given as a gift to my 85 yr old father in a nursing home. It brought many smiles and minutes of joy. It will join his arsenal to tease and play with his nurses

What a hoot!

This was a gift to our 10 yo son. He loves it, and so does everyone else who touches it. Winds up smoothly, dances about in an amusing fashion. It's just fun to watch. We'll probably buy another in this series. Fun for young and old.

My son recieved this Cosmojetz as a Christmas present and when he first opened it he seemed uninterested, but it soon became the most played with toy out of all his presents.

Fun little gizmo albeit a bit frail on its legs. It's hard to get thsi toy to move without falling over.

I absolutely fell in love with this toy. I purchased it for an office gift exchange, but played with it alot before I wrapped it and after I gave it as a gift. My only wish would be that it stayed would up longer, but I LOVE that it has no batteries...the little guy has a personality. I will be getting more for myself!

Another simple and simply perfect toy...you turn the key and let it go. It "spazzes out"; jumping around, shaking, quaking and flipping on it's top and sides. It's great, it's fun and it's simple. The central clockwork is machined well and made from durable steel/aluminum. The feet are posable and support the little machine on all sides, never just falling over and getting 'stuck'. My one issue is with the length of "spaz" you get when you release the key. It's only like 15-20 secs of so (haven't timed it), but it would be nicer if they could figure out a way to get 30+ secs. But on the bright side, it only takes 5 secs to wind it.

fun toy
