Great Toy

This was given as a gift to a 3 year old and he loves it. There are so many things you can make with it. It is easy enough for him to put things together, however he needs help to acutally make real life things. It was one of the best gifts he received.

My son received this toy for his 6th birthday. He has other sets but really wanted "the one with the wheels." His older brother has regular K'nex but it was difficult for the now 6 yr. old to put those pieces together when he was a bit younger. Now they both play with them, he takes them to daycare, and I am not afraid he will lose or drop small pieces around his baby brother. Kid K'Nex are a hit at our house!

i bought this for our niece and she loves it. one of the best toys she has to play with and she is 3 years old. she creates all kinds of things and great for imagination

Our family loves this toy! Our three children, 4.5, 3, and 2 yrs old, each love playing with these. The picture models are helpful for mimicking but also spark creativity as they learn all the possibilities. These are quickly becoming a favorite toy! Great gift idea.

The Kid K'NEX kits are great for 3-5 year olds and adults too! Hours went by without evening knowing it.

My son has thoroughly enjoyed playing with his new K'nex. They stay together well and look like they will hold up for a long time. The only problem I have had so far is that the box they send them in is not very durable and I will have to get something else to keep them in.

came very fast and the product was in great shape and my grandson hasn`t stopped playing with it we even had to take it on vacation with us and everynight he played with it
Kids K'nex Zoomin' Buddies

Kids K'nex are a great product. My 4 year old can manipulate the pieces and enjoys replicating the ideas from the product catalog as well as building her own. This toy is fun and engaging and really provides a great opportunity for creativity and mechanical development.
Zoomin' Buddies in particular has wheels, which distinguishes it from other Kids K'nex sets.
The only possible change that K'nex may want to consider is an adjustment screw on the hinged pieces to allow users to tighten them up, if desired. But this is a minor and almost inconsequential point.

My son loves these. He had a really small, handed down, set of K'NEX to start with, but is having a great time building new things with the new pieces. I highly recommend these.

This toy keeps my 3 year old busy for hours. He is very busy and active and for him to sit and build things is very impressive.

This product is a ton of fun! It is easy for little hands to manipulate. It is wonderful to see their little minds working with so much imagination as they create their own vehicles or creatures. We have the K'NEX Lots of Pals too and the two of them together are a blast. My five year old has no problem copying the picture guide to come up with identical vehicles/creatures and my three year old is able to follow the pictures with little trouble. This is a wonderful, creative toy that entertains for hours!

3 Year Old Loves These, But Zoomin' Buddies, By Itself, Is NOT ENOUGH

My son absolutely loves his K'nex, and he's been playing with them just about every day, sometimes for hours on end! They're great for his imagination and every bug buddy he makes is different than the last. The only setback is that the most of the different kits all contain only one (maybe two) pair of eyes, and the Zoomin' Buddies contains only four wheels. He wants to make many many bugs, but he doesn't want to have to take the last one apart before he can build the next one! I first purchased the 110-piece Bucket of Buddies. This one actually has enough eyes to make three 2-eyed bugs at a time, and is MY favorite in the Kid K'Nex options, but there are only 3 bendy pieces for his "flower bugs". So, after using the Bucket of Buddies for a week or so, we added the 80 Piece "Playground Pals". This satisfied his intense need for MORE K'Nex for about a week. Then he noticed the artwork in both boxes contains pictures of bugs with wheels. Of course, my son immediately NEEDS to have the wheely bugs, too, so now we've added the 80-piece "Zoomin' Buddies". This is actually great marketing on the part of K'Nex! I only wish I could buy 5 pairs of eyes, and another set of wheels individually so that I didn't have sixteen billion of the little blue "gluer" pieces. With Bucket of Buddies AND Playground Pals AND Zoomin' Buddies, I feel our collection is now complete enough that Mommy, Daddy and pre-schooler can "get our bugs on" together! There's a lot of spare room in the convenient pack-and-carry boxes, so we've condensed 3 sets of K'Nex into 2 boxes.
