Great quality product. Both fun and educational. It was just as I remembered from my own childhood! I do plan on buying more to add to the set.

Lincoln Logs

I ordered the set of Lincoln Logs for my grandson for Christmas and he loved it! He has really enjoyed building houses, sheds, etc. with the logs. Lincoln Logs is a quality product - they have been around for many years. I played with them when I was growing up!

Loved Lincoln Logs as a child and wanted to order them for my child. I like these, but they do have an odor to them.

Review of Lincoln Logs Bicentennial Edition

Presentation of the product in a round metal container was attractive and will help the five year old recipient hold on to the pieces. I bought it as an alternative to ubiquitous electronic toys. We'll see if it catches on.

Creativity with Lincoln Logs
Posted 12/31/2009 by Robert Wanamaker

Rating:

I really enjoy the time I spend playing with my grandchildren. Lincoln Logs are fun to play with and also encourage the creativity and imagination of both child and adult. This is the kind of toy that lets you have fun and learn to create a small structure at the same time.

Nice package. The product was just what the grandchildren had asked for. We made several Lincoln Log buildings before putting them away.

My grandson loved his Lincoln logs. They're just like I remembered them as a child. They are a tradition in our family. Everyone from child to adult wants to try to build their dream cabin out of them.

These are the Lincoln Logs I played with as a kid

Everything is just how I remember - wooden logs, red wooden roof supports, and green-stained wooden roof slats. And the delicious wooden smell when you open the tin. Nothing fancy and nothing plastic. I love it!

I have not given this to my grandson yet. I can only imagine how he would play so involved with them.

My daughter complained that this set did not have enough of the colored pieces, so you can't vary structures enough.
