We had the World of Bugs set from Laser Pegs and my boys LOVE it. But with only one adapter and each boy wanting to play with it constantly, getting another one was a must. I love that it is the AC adapter so you can save on batteries!

Great Idea, Poor Implementation

Both I (the Grandma) and the 2 boys I bought this for loved the idea. They and their mom worked with it to make it work to no avail. BUMMER! We bought two of the bases and one of them needed to be rotated in order for the electrical connection to work. Since the base and the blocks need to be flat in order to connect it did not work. We bought 2 sets of blocks from another company, and many of the blocks (from both kits) needed to be rotated in order for them to light up. Another problem with the blocks is that they are made so that they can only attach to a Lego block that is 2 x 3. This hinders creativity. Although I have not worked through the details with Fat Brain, I love their guarantee and it makes me want to buy from them again.
